@viveksingh, the error message means that the system is one time overdetermined and one time underdetermined. This can happen, e.g., if you connect to components in series who both prescribe the mass flow rate, because the say the same thing twice, while they give no information on the in-between pressure.
Please attach some example that we can run to reproduce the issue, otherwise it's difficult to help further.
