Description

(Old MathCore Track ID 1513)

Update to MSL v3.0 and Modelica language v.3.
The library gives for instance (see releasenotes for complete list):

  • Better documentation
  • Improved initialization (removed parameters for start values,etc.)
  • More components and examples
  • No default values on parameters (instead given as start values)
  • enumerations instead of packages with constants
  • Some critical bugfixes

The language includes for instance:

  • Balancing of models
  • restrictions on connectors
  • new elementwise operators (.+, .-, .*, etc)
  • Modelica 3 graphical annotations (separate ticket : #1413 and #1414)

This ticket affects both Libraries, and Kernel component.
