When there's an empty element in the Placement.iconTransformation record, the corresponding value in the Placement.transformation might be returned instead of '-'.

When the Placement.iconTransformation record (see page 184 of the Modelica Specification 3.1) has an empty element, a '-' character is returned instead of the default value, in fact, according to the specifications: "...If no iconTransformation is given the transformation is also used for placement in the icon layer." the diagram transformation should be returned.
