Saving packages in OMEdit

Description
I am running OMEdit on OSX 10.6.6 and am having some issues with saving packages.
On touching "save' for a class I see a message informing that the class will be saved with the package. If I touch "save' for the package and check the file contents with a text editor, the classes have not been saved.

But exactly this didnt work for me on w7 with OME 1.7.0. Strange. I would try to describe the process to failure in more detail later.

I have tested the same thing in Windows and MAC. I was able to save a package along with the models contained inside it.
