Error messages in OMEdit should link to the relevant line

Description

It should be possible for a user to double-click on an error message, and have OMEdit display the relevant model and line. Bonus points if the line(s) are also highlighted. Ticket #1760 needs to be fixed first though.

r23862 adds some support for clickable error messages.
