MSL 3.2 Modelica.Mechanics.Rotational.Examples.LossyGearDemo* issues

Description

For MSL 3.2.1 these models:
Modelica.Mechanics.Rotational.Examples.LossyGearDemo1
Modelica.Mechanics.Rotational.Examples.LossyGearDemo2
take forever to simulate and generate huge .mat files.
I stopped them after 7 minutes and ~1GB .mat file generated.

The same ones from MSL 3.1 take 5 seconds to simulate.

For some reasons the mixed system is not solved correctly,
which leads to chatting behaviour with the events.

This is a big problem for us.

partially fixed in r13326.
Modelica.Mechanics.Rotational.Examples.LossyGearDemo1 works now well.

Modelica.Mechanics.Rotational.Examples.LossyGearDemo2 has still
some issues in the results, it seem it's related to ticket #1866.
