Function testcase not covered by BuildModelRecursive.mos

The following testcase is part of ModelicaTest, but we never run it:

loadModel(Modelica);getErrorString();
loadModel(ModelicaTest);getErrorString();
ModelicaTest.testAllFunctions();getErrorString();

It currently fails with:
