Impossible to save changes of a package

Description
Sequence to reproduce the problem.
Open the attached file. Change something.
Then it is impossible to save the changes made (message :
model xx is included in a package. It will be saved upon save of the package)
Same message in case of attempt to do a "save as".

Try the latest nightly build version. This problem is already fixed,
