OMEdit: local changes get lost

Description
If I have a model with local changes, OMEdit asks before closing whether the changes should be stored or not. If I click yes, OMEdit closes but the changes are not stored in the model file.
Maybe that is important: I did not simulate with that changes and I did that changes in text mode.

If I simulate the model before closing OMEdit, the changes get saved after the request window get answered with yes.
