Angles for Modelica.Mechanics.MultiBody.Parts.FixedRotation not getting enabled

Description
When the rotationType of the Modelica.Mechanics.MultiBody.Parts.FixedRotation model is changed from Modelica.Mechanics.MultiBody.Types.RotationTypes.RotationAxis to Modelica.Mechanics.MultiBody.Types.RotationTypes.PlanarRotationSequence, the angles for the PlanarRotationSequence does not get enabled.
Version being used - OpenModelica 1.9.1+dev (r18667) (RML version)

This ticket was not closed for 1.9.1, which has now been released. It was batch modified for milestone 1.9.2 (but maybe an empty milestone was more appropriate; feel free to change it).
