Don't always autorescale for new variables in plot

Description
I sometimes view some variables in a plot, then add or remove a variable. If I am just looking at one part of a plot (zoomed in) then adding or removing makes the whole plot auto-scale.
There are plenty of times, when only one part of a simulation is of interest, and I want to see how a different variable relates, at that time. I would like an option, or a way, to keep the current scale, when doing this. Perhaps just a toggle button to disable autoscale?

- Milestone changed from Future to pre1.9.4
It doesn't make sense to keep closed ticket in the "Future" milestone that were simply forgotten to assign to the correct milestone in the past.

- Milestone changed from pre1.9.4 to 1.9.4
Removing the pre1.9.4 milestone in favor of 1.9.4.
Done in r25480. There is a new button Auto Scale in the Plot Window toolbar. You can also set a default value for new Plot Windows via OMEdit settings.
