Description
Simulation of MSL32 model Modelica.Mechanics.Rotational.Examples.HeatLosses.mo with Cellier Tearing leads to different simulation results (Files not equal), because of problems with the event handling (see png-attachment).

The problem seems to be solved.

It doesn't make sense to keep closed ticket in the "Future" milestone that were simply forgotten to assign to the correct milestone in the past.

Removing the pre1.9.4 milestone in favor of 1.9.4.
