#3257 new defect
hpcom and algebraic systems
Reported by: | Martin Sjölund | Owned by: | somebody |
---|---|---|---|
Priority: | high | Milestone: | Future |
Component: | Backend | Version: | trunk |
Keywords: | Cc: | Volker Waurich, Marcus Walther |
Description
Running omc +d=hpcom +hpcomScheduler=level +n=8 ParallelPRV.mos
gives output:
There is no ODE system that can be parallelized!
Which is correct; the system does not have state variables. However, the algebraic system of equations is very expensive and simple to parallelize. testsuite/simulation/modelica/parallel/ParallelPRV.mos
