Description
OM does an incredibly good job with its optimization engine.
I was taught to use it by setting "optimization" as integration method and "-optimizerNP=1" as simulation flag.
Unfortunately these two settings are not saved in the file to be optimized, and they have therefore to be set manually whenever OMEdit is started-up or whenever one switches from ordinary simulation to optimization.
I wonder whether it is possible to use a couple of vendor-specific annotations to store this info, so that it is kept inside the file.
