Description
When I tried to update the openmodelica-devel an error message was received and the updated did not succedd.
This is the message received
Error: org.macports.destroot for port openmodelica-devel returned: command execution failed

This appears to be a repeat of this ticket:

By doing the work around I can get 25920 to build (although that doesn't seem to capture a bunch of the recent changes)
