Warnings in model check do not react to code changes unless OMEdit is restarted

Description

I am running OpenModelica (Help shows "v1.9.5-dev-20-g6cc344e Connected to OpenModelica v1.9.6) on Windows 7.

When fixing the warnings we get on model check mentioned in ​https://github.com/iea-annex60/modelica-annex60/issues/454 I expericenced the following issue:
When removing e.g. a wrong connection between the same connector instance like connect(port_a_bot, port_a_bot) and checking the model again, the warning would still be shown. Only after restarting OM would the warning disappear.

Not sure if the error is with my usage of OM, but I thought I'd rather report it in case this really is a bug with OM.

I can't reproduce the issue using "OMEdit v1.10.0-dev-104-geb5f855" "Connected to OpenModelica v1.10.0-dev-424-g825af51".
