Long delay before feedback in OMEdit

When one clicks on "Simulate" there is a delay before the user sees any reaction to the button clicking that can easily reach (at least on Mac) 5-7s. During this time the user has no feedback that the simulate command has been received.

I propose to change during this time the mouse cursor into hourglass.

The delay is because OMEdit is translating the model. There is already an indication about it in the status bar e.g., you might see in the status bar "Translating DCMotor".

However, I have also added the code to show the wait cursor. See 801e73a/OMEdit.
