OMEdit does not update model properly when calling generate verification scenarios

Description
When I call the generate verification scenarios on a package, it generates new models into the package, I can see this works correctly when updating and displaying the model in a .mos, OMEdit does not update the files. You can check this on the test case in test suite under requirements.
