Updating 3rdParty and OMCompiler in the PR job does not work

Description
If you give a PR for both OMCompiler and 3rdParty the 3rdParty is not updated in OMCompiler.

I gave it a PR for 3rdParty, OMCompiler and OpenModelica.

Unfortunately I cannot follow what the PR job is doing :)
Seems like is:
- committing to 3rdParty
- committing to OMCompiler
- committing to OpenModelica
The problem seems to be when is pushing to OMCompiler somehow it uses a 3rdParty hash that is *not* part of 3rdParty commits but somehow a local one.

This one should have update both 3rdParty in OMCompiler and OMCompiler in OpenModelica glue project. It did just the latter:
