[BE] postOpt Modules detectJacobianSparsePattern and generateSymbolicJacobian should be merged

Description

The Backend module generateSymbolicJacobian generates the SparsityPattern implicitly and also the Backend module detectJacobianSparsePattern does it. To reduce the amount of modules and code they could merged.

Milestone Future means more or less never. Do you have actual plans when to do this?

Milestone: Future → 1.13.0

Actually I want to use these modules for the daeMode in the course of that adaptations I plan to do also some enhancements, and since I want to have the new daeMode implementation in 1.13, future is a bit unambitious, you are right!
