Application to include HanserModelica as OM System Library

I am planning to publish a book on the modeling of electric machines in Modelica. All examples presented in this book are open source and available on ​https://github.com/christiankral/HanserModelica. The library is fully documented in English. The book is particularly focused on electrical engineers and promotes OpenModelica to introduce the reader to Modelica. Thus, all simulation models of HanserModelica are tested to run with OpenModelica -- or shall be working once the book is released.

I would be more than happy if you would include HanserModelica as system library in OpenModelica. I am providing the branch "release" on ​https://github.com/christiankral/HanserModelica which will always host the latest version. If you agree to include HanserModelica, please use the "release" branch to get the actual versions.

I think this is very good for OpenModelica. Expanding the base of tested libraries can only do good to the OSMC.

Fixed (before comment:1 was made). I wanted to wait with announcing it until the testing was done though. All 47 examples pass in OpenModelica 1.11.0, 1.12.0 and master (older releases are tested during the weekend): ​https://libraries.openmodelica.org/branches/master/HanserModelica/HanserModelica.html
