Can't open Motorcycle labrary

Description
The version I use is 1.12.0 .
I want to use some libraries.
so I check File -> System Libraries -> Motorcycle
but it have error ( No viable alternative near token: Motorcycle )
so did MotorcycleLib and WheelsAndTires-release
How could I fix it?
