Simulation setup window broken on Ubuntu 18.04

Description

Clicking the simulation setup button does nothing for me on Ubuntu 18.04 anymore.

@sjoelund.se, is this still the case? @Andrea.Bartolini uses OMEdit on Ubuntu extensively but has never reported such an issue.

I still use Ubuntu 16.04...
... maybe some change in QT version used by the 18.04 has generated the issue... it is a common situation...

@sjoelund.se, is this still an issue? If not, please close the ticket, otherwise we need to do something ASAP for the 1.13.0 release.

Today I tried on my Ubuntu 16.04 64 bit, using the latest version (I updated before running) and the Simulation setup window opens regularly.

The problem is only with 18.04, 16.04 is known to work fine.

It even works on my VM Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS.

It seems to have been fixed at some point. Possibly updated Qt packages.
