Please get the OSX nightly build up and running again

Description

As the 1.13.0 beta release approaches, the OSX nightly build has been broken for about one month because of 

Error: Failed to build rust: command execution failed
Error: See /opt/openmodelica/var/macports/logs/_opt_openmodelica_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_lang_rust/rust/main.log
for details.

Please resolve the issue so that 1.13.0 beta can also be tested on the Mac.
