Impossible to save a copy in a different location using "Save as..." in OMEdit

Description

Consider we have model myModel open in OMEdit, and already saved in a file system's folder.
It is common to have the need of saving a copy in a different folder. The natural way to do this should be to use "Save as" command.
However this appears to be impossible since the following message is issued:

class myModel already exists in Top level

Isn't it same as #4876?

Maybe it is a variation of that one. Not totally sure. Since really many times it happens to me to have the need of saving a copy of a model (or package) under a different name, I preferred to remark this in this ticket.
