Build a new class out of selected components

Description
Select a collection of subcomponents and then build a new class out of those components. This is useful when a model gets too big (too many sub-components) and you want to easily add some additional hierarchy to the model. Using this feature is like making a "subroutine" of the subcomponents.

Releasing 1.14.0 which is stable and has many improvements w.r.t. 1.13.2. This issue is rescheduled to 1.16.0
