Nightly build 9/7/2018 installer issue

Description
Hello,
I used the "OpenModelica-latest.exe" of 9/7/2018 to install the nightly build. I let the installer uninstall the existing OpenModelica version. I am not sure if it was the installer or my computer, but the installer started uninstalling various programs besides OpenModelica such as MATLAB and Solidworks.

This should never happen. OpenModelica uninstalls just OpenModelica. You can even get the log to see what got deleted while is uninstalling.
I'm pretty sure OpenModelica didn't uninstall other programs.
