reCAPTCHA V1 is not working anymore thus not allowing to send some posts on Trac algorether

Description

reCAPTCHA V1 that is used on this Trac instance seems to be turned off by Google, so some short posts cannot be posted altogether, because it asks for answering third-party CAPTCHA that does not accept any answer.

How to reproduce

Post "Thank you!" message here https://trac.openmodelica.org/OpenModelica/ticket/5146 :)

What is expected

The message is posted either instantly or after answering some CAPTCHA.

What really happens

The reCAPTCHA is shown with text

reCAPTCHA V1 IS SHUTDOWN
Direct site owners to g.co/recaptcha/upgrade

Tried to answer "Thank you!" here from the incognito mode of Firefox with e-mail only. Then I got

Captcha Error
Submission rejected as potential spam
SpamBayes determined spam probability of 75.33%

without any CAPTCHAs. Feel free to re-close this if it works as intended. :)

Yeah, the Bayesian filter marked you as spam for some reason. I now trained it to not consider this message spam. I could post the message on that ticket.

The captcha works fine for me, strange that you have issues with it.

I mean not accepting precise wording but showing some strong CAPTCHA when Bayesian filter marks a message as spam. But maybe this really makes Trac susceptible to spam.

We're migrating to GitHub, and this Trac is now readonly for non-admin users. So this is no longer relevant, if it's still an issue.
