OMEdit should help remove wrong modifiers

Description
Sometimes, particularly during the development of new models, it happens that instantiated components turn out to have obsolete modifiers. When this happens, it is currently necessary to manually remove them from the textual code, which is a bit awkward.
Consider for example the attached test case, where expression has an illegal modifier z = 2.0. It would be nice if, when opening the parameter window for the component, a dialog popped up proposing to remove such modifiers.
