An output is not correct with OM while the same model perfectly operates under Dymola

Description
Dear All,
Please open the attached file RealIssue.mo under OM and run the model TestRealTransmission in Basic.Tests for 6 s.
Now,visualize the variables: realTransmission.u[4], and ealTransmission.y[4].
The starting value for y[4] is not correct as it should be initialized to 0.5 and keep this value during the first second.
The same model perfectly runs under Dymola so this appears as a mistake.
