Default choice for "Evaluate all parameters at compile time"

It seems to me that the default option for "Evaluate all parameters at compile time" is true.
Indeed I'm not sure of this... (see ticket #5435)

I think that this default should be false, since new people starting using OM would take a lot of advantage of having the possibility to re-simulate with changed parameters.
Only more experience users would require evaluation of all parameters, for efficiency reasons.

I guess so, I also see this, and I don't remember setting it myself, though I may be wrong (and thus support #5435 as well).

I agree with @ceraolo. I checked the story of this feature in #5132, and indeed there was no agreed-upon decision on this specific issue. I'll close this ticket and reopen that one accordingly.
