Possible to move the window around on Linux using alt click. It is not possible to move around the startup window on windows using click and drag

Confirmed that it works on Linux.
Testing it on Windows it is not possible to use drag to move the startup screen
I have yet to test it on mac, as we discussed I would suspect that using option drag will not work there
