Dialog annotation "enable" is not working

Description
Using the annotation "annotation(Dialog(enable=false));" at a parameter does not disable the input field. Additionally using expression depending on other parameters should be possible.
Already included in Modelica Spec 33 (see. 18.7
Annotations for the Graphical User Interface)
