Issues with BranchingDynamicPipes and homotopy-based initialization

Description
Please check Modelica.Fluid.Examples.BranchingDynamicPipes. The initialization of this model in MSL 3.2.3 and 4.0.0 (trunk) was broken when homotopy was activated by default.
It is currently unclear to me where the problem is.
Strangely enough, if I run it on my PC, I eventually get a solution, but it takes a lot of time.
The model in MSL 3.2.2 got slower but still works, maybe that holds some clue to the solution of this issue.
