[NFApi] The -d=nfAPI misses parameters in dialogs

Description

Open Modelica.Fluid.Examples.PumpingSystem and double click on pipe to display parameters. When using -d=nfAPI the parameter isCircular is missing and the grouping layout is different.

@adrpo, I guess this issue is also present in 1.14.1. Maybe we should port this to 1.15.0 already?

Sure. When I have a fix we will port it even to 1.14.2.

Release 1.15.0 was scrapped, because replaceable support eventually turned out to be more easily implemented in 1.16.0. Hence, all 1.15.0 tickets are rescheduled to 1.16.0
