Achieve successful simulation of 100% MSL 4.0.0 models

According to the current ​MSL 4.0.0 release schedule, MSL 4.0.0 will be ready by the end of March 2020, possibly a few weeks or months later if there are delays with regression testing.

This is the ​Jenkins MSL 4.0.0 report. As of 19 Feb 2020, there are 30 models that do not simulate, corresponding to a 94% success rate.

We should try to

• fetch the reference results to check if there are wrong results at the end of apparently successful simulations
• make sure there are no issues in the library before the rc.1 release (4 March 2020)
• bring the success rate close to 100% for release 2.0.0 of OMC.

As of 23 June 2020, we have now 20/514 models that do not simulate (96% success rate), and 58 models failing verification (89% sucess rate).
