Arrow aspect ratio

The aspect ratio of arrows should be 2/3: (total width)/(total length).
The Modelica Specification in this is not very clear, but will probably be enhanced: see https://github.com/modelica/ModelicaSpecification/issues/2515
In the enclosed arrows.pdf I show that OM has an erroneous aspect ratio. There I showed PowerGrids.Electrical.Buses.BusFault using OM and Dymola.
Wolfram System Modeler uses the same aspect ratio as Dymola, but in a better way (it is shown in the above-mentioned ticket 2515): I propose to take this display as a reference.
