OMSens does not stop running when failing

Description
Currently, OMSens does not prompt the user if it fails to execute. This issue is similar to what was reported in:
https://trac.openmodelica.org/OpenModelica/ticket/5819
and recently raised as an issue here:
https://github.com/OpenModelica/OMSens/issues/4
This gives the user of OMEdit the impression that OMSens is looping when in fact the script failed somewhere due to missing dependencies
