Description
Looking at equations with a monospace font on a single line is not that intuitive.
Mathquill (https://github.com/mathquill/mathquill) provides an intuitive interface for inputting equations and is currently used in Desmos (https://desmos.com/calculator).
Would it be possible to integrate this into or something similar into OMEdit for editing the equations of a model?

Yes, I'm interested, however I'm wondering if Qt supports a JS library of this kind at all. I don't think I have the time if I have to implement the functionality from scratch.

Would be nice to have. Unfortunately we have a lot of issues with much higher priority now.
