Compiler flag -d=evalOutputOnly takes no affect

Description

I compared the graphml output with and without -d=evalOutputOnly.
The outcome is identical. I expected to find fewer nodes, when using the flag.

Is this flag still supported?

This is not an problem of the compiler flag but of the global settings in general see https://trac.openmodelica.org/OpenModelica/ticket/6063
