Toolbar setup not kept across sessions

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  • verify that "Preserve User's GUI Customizations" checkbox is checked
  • using tools|toobars hide a toolbar (e.g. menu ModelSwitcher toolbar)
  • close OMEdit
  • reopen OMEdit and open a model

=> the ModelSwitcher toolbar is visible again.
