Description
On v.1.16.0 (64bit) Windows Fluid.Vessels.OpenTank and Fluid.Valves.ValveLinear does not render and are shown as grey squares in Diargam Viewer.

getIconAnnotation fails to return proper response when the flag nfAPI is set.

Should be fixed by PR:
Will port this one to maintenance/v1.16 so it ends up in 1.16.1.

This happens for all valve models also on master. Looks like a recent regression, I don't remember that happening.
@adeas31, can you please check? We should put this in 1.16.1
