Fluid/Examples/PumpingSystem can't be simulated

When trying to run /Fluid/Examples/PumpingSystem.mo in OpenModelica v1.16.0-dev.beta1 (64-bit). I get errors and can’t start the simulation. It's the same for latest v1.16.0.

The model had some issues that were fixed in MSL 4.0.0, see ​report. However, we still do not support that library, until coversion scripts are ready #5297.

The fix was back-ported to MSL 3.2.3 maintenance, it is still in the pipeline, see [MSL PR 3600], please follow it there. Once the fix is released, we'll incorporate it automatically in OpenModelica
