Wrong behaviour with conditional equation driven by boolean variable

Description
Simulate the model System1 in the attached package. Despite closed being identically bound to true, the current T.port_a.i remains identically zero during simulation.
The correct simulation is obtained by uncommenting the equation without the conditional expression in TransmissionLine. Given the binding of closed, the two should obviously be identical.
