Allow mainstream use of ParModAuto

Description

The ParModAuto infrastructure for parallel simulation was merged into master with ​PR 6825.

To make it available to mainstream end-users and not only to hard-core developers of OpenModelica, three final steps are required:

  • Make the infrastructure usable by just activating the --parModAuto flag, without the need of recompiling the source code
  • Include some documentation in the ​User's Guide
  • Add some tests to the testsuite so that this infrastructure is regularly tested and does not inadvertently get broken
