Retire support of Python 2 in OMPython

Description
Python 2 has been retired by the Python Software foundation in 2020. In particular, no new safety-critical upgrades are expected to be released.
We should discuss how to handle this in OpenModelica, regarding OMPython.

Interesting. So Python 2 is not dead yet, despite all the announcements?
