Description
The "Enable new frontend use in the OMC API" option is found in Tools | Options | Simulation, but that doesn't make much sense, as this option has nothing to do with simulation, only with editing.
I would suggest to move it to the Options | General | Optional Features tab, together with Enable Replaceable Support.
Of course the two options should coordinate nicely, but that's another story, see #6307

Fixed in 81e07a0/OpenModelica and on its way to 1.16 and 1.17
I also moved the option Display errors/warnings when instantiating the graphical annotations from Simulation to General page.
