Confirmation request when deleting recent files

Description

From time to time it happens to clear recent file list by mistake.

After ticket #5961 is fixed, the importance of recent file list has increased, and clearing it by mistake has a larger impact.
Is it possible to add a messageBox to ask for confirmation that we really want to clear the list?
