Inside flow appear twice in the connection set in some weird cases

Description
As usual flow are added as inside connectors and generate x = 0 equations if they remain unconnected (default connection).
However for the attached model we get both x = 0; and x + y = 0;
which makes the model overconstrained.
Search for tank1.In.Q in the trace.
