Description

It seems not to be possible to plot more than one variable if they are using the same variable for the x-axis.

  • Milestone changed from 1.9.0 to 2.0.0

Yes, you can't do it but you can open up a new parametric plot window and can use the variable.

I have to think how we can support this in the same parametric plot window.

  • Resolution set to wontfix
  • Status changed from new to closed

I thought a bit about it and it seems impossible to use the same variable :(.

If you are using a variable then the checkbox is checked so the variable is kind of locked with parametric plot window and you can't use it. You can only use it with another parametric plot window then.

Maybe one could "set the x variable locked" by double clicking (or CTRL-clicking or RIGHT-clicking) on the corresponding checkbox, and then select sequentially other boxes, thus other variables, for the vertical axis.
